Size of Lot: Prices above are averages. If your lot does not fit in the small, medium, or large category you can expect either a price reduction or increase depending on the size.

Obstacles: If you have obstacles like trees, flags, or garden beds you may see a price increase. Don’t be alarmed! We tend to work around obstacles at every property, however, a lot of obstacles can trigger a price increase.

Access: Price can be affected by the accessibility of the yard.

Terrain: Price is affected by the slope and condition of your yard. If it looks and feels like a Minnesota road after winter, or if there are other dangers that could affect our time on site you can expect a price increase.

Schedule: We like to service properties on a regular weekly schedule. It is easier to predict the amount of time that will be spent on your lawn every week. We have properties with older grass or yards with shaded areas that need 2 weeks to grow to normal cutting height. That’s predictable and don’t expect a price increase if your yard is like that. If you want your yard cut on a bi-weekly or 3-week schedule and it grows at a normal rate (not a slower rate) expect a price increase.
